Go Figure! festival 2026 at Kloden
April 16, 2026
Go Figure! Festival for Figure Theatre and Visual Performing Arts in Oslo is a biennial that was first held in 2018. This year's program is already underway, with, among others, the renowned Chilean company Silencio Blanco and the performance Cabeza de Elefante (Elephant Head), as well as a number of more "relaxed" experiences. But don't despair. We look forward to welcoming everyone to the festival from May 29 to June 9!

Interval – Pinquins
Point:
Monday, June 1, at 7:30 PM
Tuesday 2 June, at 13:00 and 19:30
Target group : from 15 years old

Interval – the time between events and states is a scenic music performance by the percussion trio Pinquins in collaboration with scenographer Kjersti Alm Eriksen.
Through a playful and precise exploration of the relationship between human and object, music, movement and space merge into a visual and auditory theatre. This is contemporary music in theatrical form – a meeting between sound, body and scenography.
The work was nominated for Work of the Year by the Norwegian Composers' Association in 2024.
Pinquins, known for their strong visual expression and innovative stage work, returns to Go Figure after appearing in the opening performance in 2018.
Transport: Cargo – Maribor Puppet Theater (Slovenia)
Point:
Thursday 4 June, at 13:00 and 19:30
Friday 5 June, at 13:00 and 19:30
Target group : from 14 years old

Transportation: Cargo highlights the pulse of modern freight transport, where the infrastructure that keeps society going also puts pressure on people, the environment and resources.
The play follows a truck driver through the night, caught between deadlines, long drives and difficult choices. Small obstacles build up to a decisive break at dawn, where questions of responsibility, ethics and guilt intrude.
Through the driver's gaze, a picture is drawn of a global system in continuous motion, with both necessary deliveries and hidden costs.
Transport: Departure – Ljubljana Puppet Theater (Slovenia)
Point:
Thursday 4 June, at 14:00 and 20:30
Friday 5 June, at 14:00 and 20:30
Target group : from 14 years old

Transport: Departure is based on the true story of the Fužir family, who lost their home in a flood.
Through audio recordings of their testimonies and an intimate scenic space with miniatures, light and live sound, a powerful encounter between realism and fiction is created. The landscape that emerges is both alive and vulnerable – in constant movement and dissolution.
The performance provides a physical and close experience of the forces of nature, and shows how man-made structures appear temporary and fragile in the face of an ecosystem in imbalance.
