Frequently asked questions

Is it parking at Kloden teater?

Paid street parking is available both in Kabelgata and in parking lots at each end of Kabelgata.

Can I take off my outerwear?

It is possible to take off outerwear in an unattended cloakroom.

Can I bring my stroller inside?

The entrance to Pilotscenen is small, so we do not have room for many strollers inside. It may have to be placed outside. At Loftet we have a little more space indoors for strollers.

Can I take photos during the performance?

As a general rule, we do not want the audience to take pictures during the performance, but rather experience it here and now. Mobile phone use can disturb others in the audience and is clearly visible to the actors on stage. If it is okay to take pictures during the performance, you will be notified in advance.

I'm in a wheelchair, on crutches or have limited mobility:

At Pilotscenen we have both a wheelchair ramp and a disabled toilet. At Loftet we have a lift, and there are disabled toilets available on request. Please let us know when you book your tickets and we will make sure you get a good seat. Unfortunately, there is no disabled parking nearby.

Companion card:

If you have a companion card, you can bring a companion for free. Send us an email about which performance you would like to attend, and we will send you tickets. It's a good idea to be out in good time, in case it sells out.

Do you have a hearing loop or are some of the performances interpreted in sign language?

At present we do not have a hearing loop, but sometimes our performances are interpreted in sign language. This will be stated in the program.

Do you have performances in other languages?

Yes, we sometimes program performances in other languages and several performances are without speech. The other languages will mainly be English, but occasionally others. This will be clearly stated in the program.

Do you have accommodation nearby?

Yes, just across the street from Pilotscenen is the stylish Quality Hotel 33designed by renowned architect Erling Viksjø. The airport bus stops right outside!
