GoFigure! Déjà - The Krumple (N/F/DK/USA)

DÉJÀ is a beautiful, subtle theatrical game. In a small living room, time shifts from the distant past to far into the future. Characters from different time periods exist in this room, creating a jumble of gatherings, fires, Geiger counters, New Year's parties, floods, arrivals and farewells.

DÉJÀ is physical and visual, full of humor, surprises and unexpected twists. With dance, puppetry, magic and acting, the KRUMPLE will take you on an intense and magical journey through time. DÉJÀ is inspired by the award-winning graphic novel Here by Richard McGuire.

The Krumple is an internationally recognized and critically acclaimed performing arts company that creates visual and physical theatre through collective work processes. The company's idiom balances between the poetic and the obviously idiotic in order to awaken the spectator's capacity for imagination and association. The human being is a recurring focal point in their performances, where they try to look through both ends of the telescope for what is not usually visible.

The company has toured the US, UK, France, Germany, Georgia, Denmark and Norway with the productions Go to Sleep, Goddamnit!, Do Not Feed the Trolls, YŌKAI, Harrison and DÉJÀ.
