Our RELÆXT program is not open to everyone, but is adapted to those who need a little more "relaxed" forms. Read more about RELÆXT here.

During this show, it is perfectly fine to go in and out of the performance space if you need a break. Hearing protection and cushions are available in a quieter corner, and it is possible to have a good look around the set before the performance begins. You can also talk to the performers. Information material can be sent in advance so that you are well prepared before your visit.

Eco Heroes is an immersive dance performance that zooms in on the tiny creatures above and below the forest floor. Join us in a micro world for the curious, where we illuminate the heroic creatures of the forest and their superpowers. Watch them grow and unravel in a playful dance of interconnections. As the web of life in the forest is revealed, community becomes central to this imaginative world. Once the creatures have taken you on a journey, perhaps you'll see the forest with new eyes?

Eco Heroes is a multi-sensory and accessible performance with a focus on engaging with the performance in different ways.

STICKY (Edginton|Lothe|Olsen|Parsons) is a dance collective of queer, female dance artists based in Oslo. Their practice immerses itself in the physical and the sensitive, the playful and the strange. Using the open and expressive body, they explore social themes in performances that play between the actual and the abstract. With this, they want to offer the audience a proximity to imagination, and the opportunity to absorb stories in a kinesthetic way.
