Do you want to rent office/office space in new Kloden theater?

We are starting to build the new Kloden theater this fall, and if all goes according to plan, the theater house will be completed in early 2027.

In addition to having two beautiful stages, we will also offer rehearsal rooms, production rooms, workshops and office facilities aimed at the independent performing arts field, festivals, individual performers and companies. 

In the process towards the completed theater, we now want to get in touch with performing artists and companies who want to rent office space or offices in our premises, in order to be able to plan, map needs and wishes for locations as early as possible. 

As a national stage for performing arts for children and young people, and a production site for performing arts, Kloden theatre has quickly become a vibrant place and a meeting place for the performing arts field throughout the year. In 2024 alone, we collaborated in various ways with up to 60 performing arts companies that either showed performances, produced, held workshops, had residencies or other activities at the house. 

When the new theater building is ready, our capacity will increase significantly, and we want to be an open and vibrant place that contributes to the creation and presentation of good and diverse performing arts at the building in the future as well. 

What is programmed and displayed on Kloden theatre, should have a young target group, but for those who want to rent offices and/or production facilities we have no target group restrictions. Just good people and good performing arts.
