Kloden The theatre has been promoted as a national cultural building, and the new theatre building of over 3,000 square meters is taking shape in the old cable factory in Kabelgata. As the first national cultural institution in Oslo East, it is planned to open in the first half of 2027.

Kloden The theatre has received a significant grant from Kulturrom. In addition, it will receive increased operating support for 2026, recorded by SV and Rødt, after the budget negotiations last week. Together, these contributions strengthen the realization of our upcoming theatre house in Kabelgata.
