3 million more Kloden theater

Kloden The theater has received 3 million in cultural center funds from the Municipality of Oslo for the theater. Kloden theater.
"This is a milestone for the project, and has great significance for the further work on financing the theater. Both with increased operating funds for 2023 and now the allocation of cultural center funds, the municipality clearly shows its willingness to invest in Kloden theater and with it strengthen the performing arts offering for children and youth, and increase the offer of production spaces and other facilities for the entire performing arts field. It is truly inspiring!" says Ådne Sekkelsten, head of Kloden theater.
The purpose of the grant scheme is to contribute to suitable premises and buildings that provide space for various cultural activities. Grants may be awarded to cultural centers, multi-purpose premises or special premises for art and culture, such as libraries, buildings for museums or other cultural preservation measures, performing arts venues, concert halls or presentation facilities for visual arts. The funds can be used for new construction, renovation and modernization of cultural centres.
