Got plans for the summer holidays? Kloden The theatre wants all children and young people to be able to experience good performing arts. From Ester Askeladd who will win the king's daughter and half the kingdom, to the battle between drugs and love. This summer we are showing several performances - all of which are free for both children, young people and adults. Welcome!
Askeladden and the BEST helpers - Campingkompaniet
Time: June 30 at 14:30 and 16:00
Campingkompaniet is a traveling theatre company that tours Norway, crisscrossing the country and into the most nooks and crannies, under the overall motto "theatre for people where they are". Now they come to Mini Pride with the terrific performance "Askeladden and the BEST helpers". Because yes, Campingkompaniet makes theater performances based on old Norwegian folk tales, but with a twist.
They also tour around in a colorful ship that is equally at home on land, sea and in the air!
Or ... maybe it was Askeladden who did it? In Campingkompaniet's "Askeladden and the BEST helpers", we meet Ester Askeladd, who will win the king's daughter and half the kingdom. But who exactly are these helpers Askeladden meets along the way? And what can they actually help with? One thing is certain. They are not just good, they are supposed to be BEST, and with the help of the audience they become just that.

The big bad fox, maybe - Fredrik Floen, Alexandra Tveit & Simon Asencio
Time: July 13 at 11:00 a.m. and July 14 at 11:00 a.m.
Welcome to the workshop where puppets, dance and music are created! The Big Bad Fox, Maybe is a puppet saga that explores non-human life through animation and a playful approach to objects and materials.
In a dark-ish forest you will meet hand puppets without puppets, an egg, the mushroom at the end of the world, wandering trees, a medieval dance, a cute hedgehog and a group of animals dressed as hens. Puppets animate other puppets and together they create a larger dance that animates a world of animals, bacteria, plants and a landscape of relationships and ways of being in the world. The choreography explores movement, the world of puppetry, a rainstorm, the dark deeds of nature and an ambiguity between leading and being led.
Young scientists aged 3-6 years and their parents are invited to grab their binoculars and carrots, find a spot in the forest and actively witness what happens on stage!

EMMA - Sacha Slengesol Balgobin
Time: July 30 at 19:30
Emma meets Leo, and the love is all-consuming. Leo quickly becomes Emma's new best friend and boyfriend. With Leo, she finally feels whole and good enough. Together they live in a bubble of euphoria. However, it turns out that Leo also finds these feelings elsewhere.
Emma has an open mind. However, her open mind becomes more and more closed as the situations Leo puts her in become more and more extreme.
"EMMA" is a performance that deals with the struggle between addiction and love. About being a relative of someone who uses drugs, how to want to help, but perhaps most of all how to help yourself.

The face of the road - Julian Karenga

"The Face of the Road" is a coming-of-age story inspired by myths and fairy tales.
We meet the boy who sets out on a journey to find his father. On his journey, he tries to piece together pieces of a childhood characterized by substance abuse and neglect. The northern Norwegian cityscape of Tromsø becomes an arena for a magical adventure that grows out of grief. To understand himself, the boy must understand his father, who has almost become a mythical figure in his life. Along the way, Gutten has good helpers, including his little brother, a fat cat and his classmate Marte.
