We are looking for a technical manager

As technical manager at Kloden theatre, in addition to being responsible for the theatre's stages and technology, you will also be responsible for coordinating the theatre's guest performances and collaborative productions and be involved in the development towards the finished theatre house with, among other things, 2 stages, 4-5 production and rehearsal rooms, workshop, sound studio and other facilities for the performing arts field. 

The work consists of, among other things:

• Plan and organize the technical aspects of productions and guest companies Kloden theater
• Prepare progress plans and detailed plans for the operation and use of stages and other venues where we hold events
• Follow-up of productions and events
• Technical responsibility for assigned productions, with the possibility of developing sound and lighting design, as well as execution on some productions
• Maintenance and operation of technical facilities
• Further develop and follow up on current certifications and HSE routines
• Plan the technical infrastructure and needs for the future theater building 

Qualifications and characteristics:

We are looking for someone who has a relevant education and/or broad experience from similar work, is structured and has good collaboration skills. We want you to have an interest in and knowledge of the performing arts, be able to work independently, be flexible, solution-oriented and have a high work capacity.

Terms: 

• The position is an engagement (1 year), 80% with the possibility of extension and a permanent position with an increased percentage.
