Rental in Kloden theatre's new theatre house

Kloden Teater is building a new theatre building at Kabelgata 19, scheduled to open in 2027. This will create a new focal point for performing arts with modern facilities for production, rehearsals and artistic work. The building will house two stages, rehearsal rooms, production rooms, workshops, meeting rooms and office space.

We invite artists, companies and actors to contact us about renting office space, production premises and other facilities in Kloden theatre's new theatre house. By getting in early you get the opportunity to influence the development of the premises and become part of a future professional community in a vibrant production and screening house in Groruddalen.

Kloden is a national stage for children and young people, but our premises are open to the entire performing arts field. You do not need to produce or show performances with us to rent offices or production facilities. Although our program is aimed at a young audience, rentals are open to everyone, and we want to bring together strong professional communities and facilitate high quality and a diversity of performing arts. At the same time, Kloden The theater should be an important place for the local community and contribute to the development of cultural life in Hovinbyen.

Two fully equipped stages that can be rented for performances, screenings and events.

Permanent workplaces in a professional community, with the possibility of both individual spaces and private offices
