Theatre and urban development – Kloden theater at Økern

Welcome to a presentation of Oslo's new theater house!

At Kloden theatre we have a wide range of performances throughout the year The Hedda Festival , June 10 – 19. Now we would also like to invite you who work with performing arts, work in the industry, live in the area, are part of the local community or are just curious to visit us in Kabelgata!

In 2021 we opened pilotscenen at Kabelgata 31. Pilotscenen is the first part of Kloden theater. In 2025, we will open the final theater building on the same street; 3000 square meters with stages, production and rehearsal rooms, shared offices and a gathering point, right in the heart of Økern.

Together with architect Espen Røyseland from Transborder studio, Ådne Sekkelsten (director) and Kjell Moberg (artistic director) will present Kloden theater – the vision, the building, content and function.

Bring your good mood and come by to mingle and get to know each other better. Kloden , the people behind it and the new destination – Kabelgata on Økern. There will be a bar and simple catering.
