Kloden The theatre's pillars are professionalism, quality, inclusion and diversity. The audience will be presented with the breadth of the best that is produced for children and young people, while the theatre will contribute to people experiencing a greater diversity of stories and perspectives, and being aware of who is represented in the arts.
The theatre has in a short time become one of the country's most important programming stages for performing arts for children and youth, and a production site for the independent performing arts field. In parallel with our artistic activities in temporary premises, we will carry out the construction of the permanent theatre house. Kloden theater in Kabelgata in Oslo.
Kloden theatre is looking for a structured and proactive administrative manager with great execution skills, good strategic abilities and experience with administrative management in the arts and culture field.
As an administrative manager, you work closely with the theater director and the rest of the team to ensure and strengthen Kloden the theatre's position and finances, through contact with partners, and private and public funders.
We're looking for someone who is able to see the big picture, has an overview of many projects and can solve practical tasks.
We are looking for a person who thrives on developing systems and good routines for operations, and takes the initiative to ensure progress both in daily operations and in ongoing projects. Among other things, you must have experience of working with application processes, budgets and financial follow-up. You will also be involved in the realization of the new theatre building. As an administrative manager, you must enjoy working strategically, creatively and operationally, and want to create results together with your colleagues.

Responsibilities and tasks:
- Administrative management: Day-to-day operations with office administration, invoicing, payments and payroll.
- Financial management: Follow-up with accountant, budgeting, annual accounts and reporting, as well as general application work.
- Strategic and political development work: Identity development and positioning for Kloden theatre both politically and in new audience groups. This also includes application work for both operations and artistic projects.
- Business partners: Follow-up, contract negotiation and contracting with partners and tenants.
- Project management: Budgeting and accounting for projects, development, planning and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Relevant higher education or relevant experience that can compensate for the education requirement
- Good experience with application writing
- Experience from working with the performing arts field
- Good leadership and collaboration skills with an emphasis on communication and accountability for results.
- Agility, flexible attitude and ability to create good relationships
- Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Good sense of systems and further development of efficient administrative routines.
- Understanding of details, as well as the ability to keep an overall view of the business.
- Good knowledge and understanding of multicultural work.

The administrative manager reports directly to Artistic Director and is part of the management team. The position is part of an administration of currently six people. Working hours will mainly take place during the day, but some weekend and evening work must be expected.
