Infection control on the globe

Now that we are starting to invite you to performances and events, it is important for us to make you feel safe and know that we follow the rules for infection control.
Purchase of tickets:
- Tickets for the performances must be purchased in advance.
- We make sure there is enough distance between the chairs.
- We are required to keep track of everyone who attends our events. We will therefore keep the names and contact information of everyone who comes. This information is stored for 10 days before it is deleted.
Illness:
- If you have symptoms of a respiratory infection and/or have been in the vicinity of someone who has been infected, we ask you to take a rest at home. It's good if you let us know in good time, so that your ticket can go to someone else. Please contact us at post@kloden.no and we will help you change your ticket. You can choose to have the ticket cost refunded, or get a gift card to use at a later date.
- If you suspect that you have been infected while attending an event with us, we would appreciate being informed so that we can quickly notify others.
In case of infection:
- If there turns out to have been a case of infection at the performance you have attended, you will be notified.
On arrival:
- We have hand sanitizer available at the entrance and would like you to use it before entering.
- Keep your distance from other guests.
- The cloakroom is closed, so you need to bring your bag and outerwear to your seat.
If there are special rules that apply to the event you are attending, they will be stated in the event description.
