Baby dance // Beata K. Iden
A sensory encounter for babies and parents, where presence, movement and exploration are at the center.
Babydans was developed based on Beata K. Iden's experiences in dance and performing arts. Since 2016, Babydans has been held several times a week in the Oslo area.
Here, babies and caregivers are invited into a shared space for movement, dance, music and tactile elements. The goal is to create a meaningful experience together.
Through interaction and presence, the relationship between adult and baby is at the center. Movement, music and simple elements become a natural part of the experience. Each session is shaped by the meeting between the participants and Beata, and becomes something unique – a small performance that occurs in the moment.
No prior knowledge is required. Wear clothes you can move in, and come with a desire to be present with your baby.
Target group: 3–12 months
