Kloden theatre is looking for a structured and proactive communications advisor with good execution skills and experience from practical communication work, preferably within the arts and culture field. We are looking for someone who works systematically, is good at producing content and has a flair for how to get good visibility for the business.
As a communications advisor, you will work closely with colleagues and contribute to both the planning and implementation of communication initiatives, with a primary focus on operational work. You must enjoy varied tasks and have the ability to translate plans into concrete content and activity.

Employment type: The position is a 100% temporary position with immediate start. The temporary position will run until August 31, 2027.
Work areas
- Contribute to the planning, visibility and further development of Kloden theatre's visibility through internal and external communication.
- Photography, filming, editing and publishing content for websites, social media and newsletters.
- Contribute to text work for press releases, program interviews and other communication materials.
- Ticket tracking and ticketing system.
- Participate in application and report work as well as other internal communication tasks.
- Contribute to relationship building and networking.
Qualifications
- Good presentation skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
- Good understanding of our social mission and for our target groups.
- Good digital skills with image processing and video editing and experience with relevant publishing, analysis and communication tools.
- Relevant work experience and/or education at college or university level.
- Experience from commercial concept development and strategic communication work is an advantage.
- Journalistic experience and networks within the media are desirable.

About the employer
Kloden teater is a programming theater for the performing arts and young people in Oslo. Kloden The theatre presents high-quality Norwegian and international performing arts for children, young people and families.
We facilitate the production and screening of performances, professional events, artistic projects for and with children and youth in collaboration with professional artists, as well as various types of gatherings for both the local community and the performing arts community.
The theater is located at Økern, at the bottom of Groruddalen and is in the heart of Norway's largest urban development area. We are about to start construction of the theater building Kloden theater that will accommodate, among other things, two stages, production and rehearsal rooms, a workshop, office facilities for artists and a place where children and young people want to be, to meet, to experience.
