Revised state budget: Cake party with SV and Ulvenparken kindergarten

Kathy Lie (SV) and Ulvenparken Kindergarten celebrated the revised state budget with us.

For the second year in a row, SV has placed Kloden theatre into the budget negotiations with the Government, and got us into a revised state budget. This of course had to be celebrated! On Thursday, representatives from SV and some of our most loyal audience members came for cake, coffee and juice.

– We are very pleased to have received Kloden theatre into the revised state budget. Kloden "The theater is an important and good place with diverse and good performing arts for children and young people," says Kathy Lie.

Ulvenparken kindergarten is heating the house on Kloden theatre and will now be able to experience even more performing arts with us. With 3 million in the revised state budget, we can continue to develop our collaboration with the entire performing arts field in Norway to create even more performing arts for children and youth, and reach even more children and youth in Groruddalen and the rest of Oslo and Norway. 

– It is so important when building a completely new district to have good cultural offerings that provide experiences and belonging. It is also very important that Kloden "The theater brings in audiences that you don't see at the National Theater, for example," says Kathy Lie.
