Slam poet and actress Hina Zaidi represents Kloden theatre at the National Network Conference at NMBU
June 17, 2025
Sustainability in higher education is the theme of the gathering.
What are important drivers for sustainable change in higher education? And how can we work with transformation in a time when universities and university colleges are facing tighter budgets? This will be discussed during the national network meeting on June 18-19, which will take place at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU) in Ås. Kloden theater contributes with a cultural element: Slampoet and actress Hina Zaidi!
A clear voice
Hina Zaidi is an actress, slam poet, child welfare educator and boxing coach at Stovner Bokseklubb. She currently works as a theater actress in Oslo and is associated with, among other things, Kloden theatre and Tigerstadsteatret. She holds workshops in both slam poetry and acting techniques, and has developed the elective "writing course in slam poetry" at the child welfare program at OsloMet. With a clear voice and a burning commitment to children and young people, she lifts up young voices - both on stage and in society.
The slams she will do at the networking event are called: "What do you stand for?" and "Things take time."
