Kilden Teater presents: Sheherazade - and the word that lasted for 1001 nights by Sarah Camille Ramin Osmundsen and Mine Nilay Yalcin

Sheherazade - and the word that lasted for 1001 nights is the story of the young and wise girl Sheherazade who is able to use words in a way that no one else can. When she is trapped in the castle of an angry and unjust king, it turns out that stories can have more power than you might think.

This is an enchanting performance for children and adults about life, imagination and survival. In the show we meet wizards and wives, spirits, dragons, ghosts and other magical creatures as Sheherazade turns words into magic! This family show is based on The Arabian Nights, a collection of fairy tales from India, Persia and the Middle East from the 9th century.

Recommended for ages 6 and up.
