The Battle for Skraphaugen is a highly dramatic and musical trash comedy for people and families! Now you can see it for free, when Elvekompaniet plays open auditions at Kloden theater.

We meet a group of recyclers who live and work in a junkyard, and they rent the land from the powerful Kastali. The gang is basically fine on their junkyard, a little outside of A4 life, but now they are in danger of losing everything. Kastali wants to end their lease and build a new, luxurious spa there instead. The powers that be have one goal in mind, and that's to make more money! Now the gang must fight a battle against capitalism, opportunism and the clock to stop Kastali from evicting them. And if that wasn't enough, there's an ominous prophecy that says a prophet will come to reveal a traitor in the gang. Can they fight off Kastali's spa and is there really a prophet on the way? And wouldn't that mean they have a traitor in the gang?

The production is produced by Elvekompaniet, a theater company consisting of professional art and cultural actors aged 23-36 years with ties to old Buskerud. The company creates newly written and entertaining theater, and has in recent years staged audience successes: "Byen under bakken" (2016), "Månelandslaget" (2019) and "Bye Bye Buskerud" (2020).
