Wakka Wakka is back with another critically acclaimed, spectacular and hilarious show!

Last year we presented the first part of the Animalia trilogy, Animal R.I.O.T, this year we present part two: The Immortal Jellyfishgirl, an ecological science fiction theater piece. Wakka Wakka explores the role of humans and wild "denial" into a somewhat theoretical - yet increasingly likely - future.

Far into the future, large parts of the Earth's surface will be considered dead zones. Nothing can survive there. Even outside the zones, it is not possible for any life to survive unaided. Species are dying out. Total extinction has begun. But - there is hope. In an underground laboratory, in the middle of a dead zone, an old scientist is working on a secret plan to restore Earth's ecosystems. His daughter "Jellyfishgirl" is the key. But she doesn't know it herself.

Wakka Wakka, consisting of Kirjan Waage and Gwendolyn Warnock, is an award-winning theater company, known for their visually spectacular, humorous and playful performances. They have their own unique style, and once you've seen one of their shows, you'll want to see them all!
