The adventure - Robsrud & DeaN

THE ADVENTURE is the story of a story. Or the story of a fairy tale, if you will. The fairy tale Cinderella has traveled from country to country and from culture to culture, before finally ending up in Norway. It has traveled from Egypt, to China through Europe, and when it finally arrived in Norway, Cinderella was named Kari. Using shadow theater, puppetry, musical theater and mime, we show excerpts from the Egyptian, Chinese and German versions. Asbjørnsen and Moe's Norwegian version, Kari Trestakk, will be performed in its entirety.

Robsrud and DeaN are synonymous with humor, madness, precision and rave reviews. In this performance, they make old fairy tales exciting again, and the content will fascinate, entertain, perhaps frighten and ultimately make us curious about the unimaginably magical and vast world of fairy tales!

The company is run by actor Geir Robsrud and director and playwright Kenneth Dean. The duo has worked together since 1992, traveling the country with their critically acclaimed performances in physical theatre, mime, puppetry and musical theatre.
