Frequently asked questions

Is there parking available at Kloden Theatre?

There is paid street parking available both in Kabelgata and in parking lots at each end of Kabelgata.

Can I hang up my outerwear?

It is possible to hang up your outerwear in an unattended cloakroom.

Can I bring the stroller inside?

The entrance area to the Pilot Stage is small, so we don’t have space for many strollers inside. It may need to be left outside. At The Loft, we have a slightly larger indoor space for strollers.

Can I take photos during the performance?

As a general rule, we prefer that audience members do not take photos during the performance, but rather experience it in the present moment. The use of mobile devices can be disruptive to others in the audience and distracting to the actors on stage. If it is allowed to take photos during the performance, you will be informed beforehand.

I have a wheelchair, use crutches or have difficulty walking:

At the Pilot Stage, we have both a wheelchair ramp and disabled restrooms. At The Loft, we have an elevator, and a disabled restroom is available upon request. Please let us know when you’re purchasing tickets, and we will ensure you get a good seat. Unfortunately, there is no disabled parking available nearby.

Companion Card:

If you have a companion card, you can bring your companion for free. Send us an email stating which performance you would like to attend, and we will send you the tickets. It is advisable to do this well in advance in case it gets sold out.

Do you have a hearing loop or will any of the performances be interpreted in sign language?

As of today, we do not have a hearing loop, but occasionally our performances are interpreted in sign language. This will be indicated in the program.

Do you have performances in other languages?

Yes, we occasionally program performances in other languages, and several performances are non-verbal. The main language, apart from Norwegian, will primarily be English, but occasionally other languages as well. This will be clearly indicated in the program.

Do you have accommodation nearby?

Yes, right across the street from the Pilot Stage is the stylish Quality Hotel 33, designed by the renowned architect Erling Viksjø. The airport shuttle bus stops right outside!
